My approach

My approach draws on different schools of psychotherapy and is adapted to each client’s needs. I use elements of art therapy when they can help us understand inner experiences more clearly.

I hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology. I began practising in 2020 and have run my own practice since 2024. I continue to develop my specialist knowledge and skills.
