What data we process
- your name, email address, telephone number and message submitted through the contact form;
- contact details, your chosen appointment time and other booking information submitted through Calendly;
- technical data about your use of the website, such as your device, browser and the pages you visit.
Please do not include diagnoses, your medical history or other sensitive information in your initial message or Calendly booking fields. If needed, it is safer to discuss this information directly during your session.
Why we process your data
Your data is used to answer your enquiry, arrange and administer your session, provide joining and payment information, keep the website secure and understand how the website is used overall. Depending on the circumstances, data is processed to take steps at your request before providing a service, perform an agreement, meet legal obligations, act on your consent or pursue the legitimate interest of securely managing the website and correspondence.

- Calendly is used to choose an appointment time and confirm your booking. Calendly may process data outside the European Economic Area under its applicable data transfer arrangements. Please read the Calendly privacy notice.
- Brevo is used to deliver contact form messages by email.
- Vercel provides website hosting and general usage analytics.
- Google Analytics is used for aggregate website traffic analysis.
- Web Aloha provides technical website maintenance.
These providers receive only the data needed to perform their functions. Their data retention and transfer terms are also described in their privacy documentation and account settings.
Cookies and embedded services
The website uses traffic analytics. The booking page also loads a Calendly calendar, which may use cookies or similar technologies. You can manage its cookie preferences within the Calendly calendar. If you prefer not to use the embedded calendar, you can get in touch by email or through the contact form.
