Email consultations
If you prefer to communicate in writing, I offer email consultations: 15 EUR for a reply to one email, or 49 EUR for replies to three emails. Once you have written to psichologe.iveta@gmail.com, you will receive payment details. Your reply is prepared within 48 hours of payment. There is no charge for questions about the services I offer.
When to pay
Payment is due 48 hours before your session, or immediately if you book less than 48 hours in advance. Payment confirms your reserved appointment.
Cancellation policy
To cancel or reschedule your session, please give more than 24 hours’ notice. Your payment will then be refunded or your session moved to another suitable time.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session fee is non-refundable. An exception applies in cases of illness with supporting confirmation.
Your first session
During your first session, we get to know each other and discuss your needs and goals. This session costs the same as subsequent appointments.
