Getting to know a psychologist often begins before the first conversation, by reading their website. You want a sense of who this person is, what a session would involve and how much it would cost. When creating my website, I wanted you to find those answers at your own pace, without feeling rushed to book.
Together with Web Aloha, we created a space that helps you get to know me and prepare for your first step. It matters to me that you can find what you need during a quick visit on your phone, or stay and read when you have more time.

Get to know me before we meet
When choosing a psychologist, you may want to know about both their training and their approach to people. On the About me page, I describe my education and work and share my diplomas and professional development certificates. I invite you to start here and make a note of any questions you would like to ask me.
Information about consultations before you decide
The online consultations page introduces two ways of working together: video calls and support by email. It explains how they differ and the kinds of difficulties you can seek help with. This can help you decide which approach you would like to learn more about.
The fees page brings together consultation fees, session lengths, and payment and cancellation terms. You can consider the practical details before choosing a time. If anything remains unclear, please write to me.
A clearer idea of what to expect the first time
If you have not spoken with a psychologist online before, you may find the article about your first consultation helpful. It covers preparation, getting acquainted and how the conversation unfolds. You can read ahead about preparing a space for the session and think about what you would like to discuss. You do not need to work everything out at once.
Choose a time, or write to me first
When you feel ready to meet, the booking calendar lets you browse the available times and choose one that suits you. Alongside it, you will find the essential session information and a link to open the calendar separately.
If you cannot find a suitable time, are interested in support by email or have a question before booking, visit the contact page. You will find an email address and a message form there. Your first contact can begin with a simple question about the services.
A place to read at your own pace
In the articles section, I write about anxiety, relationships, burnout, self-esteem and everyday difficulties. You can choose a topic that matters to you now, return to it later or share a link with someone close to you. These texts are for understanding and reflection; we discuss your personal situation in a consultation.
Making the website easy to use
We built the website with Astro to make browsing comfortable and long-term maintenance simpler. Security and reliable performance mattered too. Clearly presented services and articles are intended to help you find relevant information both on the website and through search. We also wanted search engines and AI tools to understand more easily what kind of support I offer.
While building the website, we also checked its loading speed. The Google checks returned good results for both desktop and mobile. You can view screenshots of the Google PageSpeed Insights checks below.
